The AI expense tracker for Canada
Auritrack is an AI expense tracker and budgeting app for Canadians. Connect your bank through Plaid on the Premium plan and your transactions come in on their own, or upload a statement from any bank on any plan. The AI labels and categorises everything in Canadian dollars, pairs transfers between your own accounts and finds the subscriptions you are still paying for. US dollar spending stays in US dollars, side by side.
Getting started in Canada
Sign up and pick CAD
Create your account on web or mobile and set Canadian dollars as your preferred currency.
Bring in your transactions
Connect your bank through Plaid on Premium, or upload a PDF, CSV or Excel statement on any plan.
Let the AI sort it
Each transaction is labelled and categorised, transfers between your accounts are paired, and subscriptions are flagged for you to confirm.
Connect your Canadian bank on Premium
Canadian bank connections run through Plaid and are part of Premium, at $20 a month or $200 a year. You choose your bank and log in on Plaid's screen. Auritrack never sees your bank password, gets read-only access and cannot move money. Automatic sync runs once a week, included in the plan. A more frequent schedule or “Sync now” uses Auricoins. Disconnect any time from Settings and your imported history stays. See every country on the supported countries page.
Or upload a statement from any Canadian bank
Export a statement from RBC, TD, Scotiabank, BMO, CIBC, Desjardins, a credit union or an online bank, and upload the PDF, CSV or Excel file. Auritrack reads it, cleans up the merchant names, creates or matches the account and sorts every transaction. Statement upload works on every plan, and if you connect the same bank later, nothing is imported twice. More on statement import.
CAD first, USD kept separate
Cross-border shopping, a US dollar account, a winter down south: plenty of Canadians spend in two currencies. Auritrack keeps each transaction in the currency it happened in and shows totals per currency, with your preferred currency first. Nothing is converted at a rate you did not choose. A Mint alternative for Canadians
Mint closed in 2024, in Canada as well as the US. Auritrack brings back bank connections through Plaid on Premium, and adds an AI that does the categorising and answers questions about your spending. Compare it as a Mint alternative, or see the plans on the pricing page.
